BAFTA 2023, tutti i vincitori: trionfa Niente di nuovo sul fronte occidentale con 7 vittorie

È Niente di nuovo sul fronte occidentale il film che ha dominato la cerimonia di premiazione dei BAFTA 2023 tenutasi a Londra domenica 19 febbraio. Ben 7 vittorie per il film di Edward Berger che porta a casa anche il premio come Miglior film: un vero e proprio record per una pellicola non in lingua inglese (record appartenuto sinora a Nuovo Cinema Paradiso che nel 1988 totalizzò ai BAFTA 5 vittorie). Medaglia d’argento quanto a numero di premi per Gli spiriti dell’isola di Martin McDonagh, che trionfa in 4 categorie con Barry Keoghan e Kerry Condon vincitori come Miglior attore e Miglior attrice non protagonista. Un fatto curioso: al momento dell’annuncio della vincitrice come Miglior attrice non protagonista è stato fatto per errore il nome di Carey Mulligan, anche lei in nomination insieme a Condon.
